The Richarme family winery extends over 24 hectares, planted with niellucciu, sciaccarellu and vermentinu. In good years, it produces 900 hl of reds, whites and rosés certified AB - agriculture biologique - and practicing biodynamics (Demeter certification). The fruity, oak-aged Esprit de la Terre cuvée is a firm favorite, as is the Lion de Roccapina cuvée. As a bonus, there's a gourmet restaurant, a swimming pool, a camping area and even charming bed & breakfasts. Pure happiness!

The market is held on the Place Porta, right in the heart of the village of Sartène. Here, year-round, you'll find the playful pastimes of children, the traditional pacing of the elders, and the famous terrace feasts of locals and visitors alike. It's in this authentic, friendly setting, nestled in the heart of the most Corsican of Corsican towns, that this market for local produce and textiles takes place every Saturday morning. A great opportunity to get to know the region better! From mid-June to the end of August, these eagerly awaited gatherings are also held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

LES CANISTRELLIS

Mediterranean grocery

Ingredients: 300 g flour - 1 lemon - 100 g sugar - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar - 2 tablespoons of anise seeds - 1 sachet of yeast - 7 cl of olive oil - 5 cl of white wine.

Grab the zest of the lemon and chop it. Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl.

Add the vanilla sugar and 60 g of sugar (keep aside the rest), the anise seeds and the zest. Then incorporate oil, white wine and lemon juice. Mix the whole until you get a sticky and smooth dough. Préchauffez the oven at 180 ° C. Flour the work plan and spread the dough over 1 cm thick and sprinkle with the rest of sugar. Cut 3 cm squares with a wheel. Put them on a plate covered with baking paper and clean 12 min. Turn off the oven and let the canistrellis rest 8 min before they get out.

This estate, created in 1964, extends over 73 hectares, 45 of which are in the Sartène AOC and is located 8 km from Sartène, on the road to Levie, after the famous Pisan bridge at Spina Cavallo. In the superb tasting cellar, an interesting range of award-winning wines is presented. These precious nectars are the result of an old-fashioned cultivation, with the greatest respect for this land blessed by the gods. The range is completed by a fruity rosé, but dangerous under the sun and an original red Muscat Muscateddu 50 cl for the aperitif or chocolate desserts.
