On the heights of Ajaccio, there is a place that should please all the gourmets. Marie-Claude Scarbonchi cultivates her high-stemmed fruit trees from which she harvests the fruit by hand to transform it, on the spot, into beautiful jams. The jams, certified Ecocert, are made from fresh fruit. All of them have a strong Corsican flavour, there are about thirty of them in total. We particularly like the one with white figs. This farmer is present on the Ajaccio market every Saturday morning.

It has been known for four generations and operates a 12 ha vineyard on the slopes. The red Patrimonio Vieilles Vignes is very strong and will have to be aged at least two years to quintessence. The white based vermentinu, elegant and dry, and the fruity rosé 100% very pleasant niellucciu on a charcuterie, are superb. To eat in the shade of preference! We don't forget Muscat to finish on a sweet touch with cheese or chocolate. A delight. Novelty: Julie, a sweet Rosé ideal for aperitif.

AU PÉCHÉ MIGNON

Gourmet products local specialities and wines

Le Péché Mignon is a chic, elegant and relaxing place where you'll find people all year round. Good taste is evident at first glance in the bright, designer decor of this delicate space, then in the delicacies served for tasting or takeaway: homemade cakes, cookies, savoury or sweet tarts, Cluzel chocolate, teas, local sweets and a warm welcome to match. What's more, this is Madame Seroin's place, and you'll find Domaine Sant'Armettu products at cellar prices. A haven to recharge your batteries.
