In 2023, Éliane and Alain handed over their wine bar-boutique to Dume and Thomas Zuria, their neighbors at the An Faim restaurant. Savory cookies, homemade jams, pure AOC or processed olive oils, a selection of honeys, artisanal liqueurs, as well as a range of charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses from the beautiful Corsican terroir. Amazing selection of 'charcuterie and fromages', the best we had in Corsica. The waiter was really kind and was also able to provide gluten free bread for my girlfriend who's celiac.
