In 2023, Éliane and Alain handed over their wine bar-boutique to Dume and Thomas Zuria, their neighbors at the An Faim restaurant. Savory cookies, homemade jams, pure AOC or processed olive oils, a selection of honeys, artisanal liqueurs, as well as a range of charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses from the beautiful Corsican terroir. Now I was really excited to try the charcuterie board and it was served decked with jambon, black pork and another style of pork. Everything was quite tasty, however, the board was expensive for not having any cheese. The absence was felt throughout and perhaps that's why a star less.
