The reference in Balagne for all lovers of "zini", the incomparable sea urchin of Corsica, which one finds only here. Jean-Denis and Thomas Caumer récolent from mid-December to mid-April this sediment nicknamed the "caviar of the sea". On board the Jutho, a 5,65 m V-cat, these two sailors and divers in paner, collect every day between 100 and 200 dozen sea urchins for the delight of amateurs.
