On a hundred hectares of stony land in Haute-Corse, Martine and Francis Vielès have started a poultry farm: chickens, turkeys, capons and poulards, and ducks. A laboratory located on the property allows the poultry to be transformed into finished products: at the Listincone estate, they prepare whole preserved foies gras, semi-cooked in a cloth, stuffed necks, stuffed duck breasts... Don't hesitate to discover these specialities which are in no way from Gers, Landes or Périgord, but 100% Corsican!
