Marina tried her hand at a creamery specializing in farmhouse cheeses from all over the world, including Corsica of course. The gamble paid off, as cheese lovers flock to Au Petit Lait. In season, you'll find fresh brocciu from Séraphin made from ewe's milk and brocciu from Xavier and Maxime made from goat's milk. You'll also find a fine selection of local products: jams, honeys, wines, olive oil, liqueurs and even home-grown fruit and vegetables. Gourmets will appreciate our home-made ice creams.
