The brave young farmer Georges Preziosi settled in 1999 on this long-standing area. Taking advantage of the richness of the maquis, he develops a complete range to meet AOC rules, but we can taste the typical wild lavender honey, a local exclusivity that alone deserves to come into these places. The basket will be completed with a bottle of olive oil produced from the endemic zinzala variety known for its fruity taste and sweetness.
