Paysalp and the farmers of Mieussy have joined forces to design this cheese dairy, which is open to the public. The dairy produces the delicious Reblochon PDO and Tomme de Savoie PGI cheeses. It is part of the "Itinéraires des fromages de Savoie" network. Following a fire in 2023, the cheese dairy now offers its products in a temporary bungalow opposite the old fruitière. You can still enjoy Tomme de Mieussy. It is currently impossible to visit the workshop.

Carole Depigny and Laurent Chatel raise about 60 cows. Located in the heart of the Old Town for over 10 years, Yogolicious has been delighting us with its fresh and cheerful version of frozen yogurt. Frozen yogurt is just as fresh as ice cream, but much healthier and lighter, especially if you don't drown your yogurt in sweet toppings (choose fruit...). A very nice farm ! The GAEC " Le Vent des Cimes " uses the local breed of Abondance cows for their adaptation to life in the mountain pastures and some Tarentaise cows. A herd of goats completes the production. Every summer, the young farmers settle in the Aulp de Marlens where they have opened a gîte (thirty minutes on foot from the Sardoches or Fontanettes car park) which is frequented by hikers on the Val Sulens tour, for a meal, a drink or a night's stay on a half-board basis (up to 20 people).

Since the 20th century in Morzine, the Fruitière des Perrières has been transforming milk into cheese. Since 1992, a new cheese factory has been built on the site and the old maturing cellars have become a friendly restaurant. Located in Copponex, Ferme de Chosal is an educational farm run by the AAPEI-EPANOU association and open from April to October, 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm. It offers a wide range of activities for young and old alike: Land'Art trails, barefoot trails, animal visits, birthday parties, vacation mini-internships and nights in cabins. The farm also sells vegetables, local produce, flowers and seedlings. Ferme de Chosal is an ideal destination for discovering farm life.

Délicat Délice lives up to its name: on the menu, pastries, chocolates and even ice cream in summer. The cakes are fine, tasty, and the flavors change with the seasons. An appetizing range of cakes is launched every Christmas, and custom-made cakes can be ordered. We recommend the Tikaho, ultra chocolatey. Bought out by fruitières Chabert, this beautifully framed cheese dairy is located on the road leading to Thorens castle and the Glières plateau. This cooperative harvests milk from local farms around Thorens-Glières, and today produces Abondance PDO. Built in the 11th century, the medieval vaulted cellar, the oldest in Haute-Savoie, makes the wine estate an exceptional site. In 1873, Jean-Marie Suchet, a local winegrower, acquired the land as well as the house. His descendants, the Canelli-Suchet family, still occupy the premises. The Tour de Marignan vineyard extends over 5 hectares and has held the organic viticulture label since 1993. Tasting the white Marignan Chasselas grape variety, a natural pearl, and a speciality, the Goat.

In winter, the Donzel family makes and sells its freshly matured products on site at the Ferme de Corbassières in the Confins valley, at a place called Le Var in La Clusaz. This mountain dairy farm in the Aravis region produces farmhouse Reblochon and Tomme all year round, using only milk from the herd. The mountain pastures of Les Boissières on the Plateau de Beauregard are used from May to October. The summer chalet also serves as a farm inn, welcoming visitors for discovery or tasting.
