Hand-brewed by Brasserie Romanaise, Jacquemart organic beers pay tribute to one of the symbols of Romans. Vincent, the baker, and Luc, the pastry chef, have joined forces in this traditional baking adventure. Regional raw materials, no additives, no colorants, no preservatives, slow kneading and long fermentation to bring out the flavors, perfect baking... Founded in 1991, Cave Noisel was taken over in 2017 by the "Handi Capables" team from LMDES, an adapted company based in Saint-Jean-en-Royans. This young distillery, housed in a former ^18th-century silkworm nursery, invites you behind the scenes of its organic whisky. Vercors water quality inspires brewers. Located at the foot of the Col de la Machine, La Machine craft and cooperative brewery creates organic hopped beers. The founders are Sylvain Billet, with 10 years' experience in the beer business, and Rami Dahdah, a former employee of an organic farmers' store and founder of the Bieristan beer bar. Their beers are light, dry, low in sugar and tippable, according to the Canadian formula! On the shelves, beers that echo the terroir, and always something new.

The workshop opens early in the morning and releases a gourmet fragrance. Candies and confectionery are synonymous with sharing, conviviality and comfort. Six generations have succeeded one another at the helm of the estate, which has just been taken over by Thomas Achard. This 11-hectare estate is the pioneer of organic Clairette de Die. The grandfather started with the Lemaire-Bouchet method. His son, Jean-Pierre, continued with Nature et Progrès organic wine specifications from 1982 to 2009. The next generation, with Thomas, embarked on Demeter certification in 2008. The estate is located in Sainte-Croix, overlooking the Drôme, just at the entrance to the beautiful Quint valley. La Fromagerie is also the place to come for breads and sandwiches, homemade sorbets and cold drinks.

Located in the heart of the Vercors, as its name suggests, this brewery creates innovative organic beverages. The fine team at Bière du Vercors grow the organic hemp and hops used to make their products. Not content with making original beers (with hemp, for example!), they also offer other beverages such as their 100% organic lemonades, or their Wercors whisky, both of which have won medals. They also offer innovative aperitif foods made from their own crops.

Among the artisanal microbreweries in the Alps, here's Nicolas Fernandez and Stéphane Louvion's Brasserie des Cuves. In this former garage in Sassenage, they set up their tanks in 2015 and brew excellent traditional beers with Grenoble water, source Rochefort, blended with quality ingredients. Blonde, rousse, white and black, these are very pleasant, well-balanced beers, made in the tradition of master brewers. La Furieuse is part of the "Craft beer" movement. A family history of excellence. A story that began 50 years ago when Charles Lafranchescina, an Italian immigrant, opened a fruit and vegetable shop in Seyssinet-Pariset under the name of Charly Primeurs. After Charles and André, it's Maxime's turn to carry on the family tradition, crowned with the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Products selected according to the season's market from the best producers, especially local ones. Fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, pasta, dairy products, delicatessen... and wine cellar. The house exists since 1892. At that time, the pogne was only consumed once a year, for Easter. Since the 1950s, it has been made throughout the year and has made Romans famous. At Pascalis, four generations after the creation of the family bakery, up to 500 pogne pies are now made every day... In 2013, Pascalis set the world record for the biggest pogne: 134.5 kg!
