A gourmet globetrotter, the owner trained in roasting at a New Zealand roaster and serving in a Scottish coffee shop, offers a selection of organic coffees, from various origins: Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia, Myanmar, Rwanda... This young professional, who won third place in the French Roasting Championship in 2019, keeps a genuine passion and his will is to offer us a quality coffee at a reasonable price. His freshly roasted coffees are on the counter of several cafes in the Drôme and even in Paris.
