Angus is for Angus cow meat. A breed originating from Scotland, still unknown in France, but which gives delicious meat, tasty marbled. All the more so as Philippe, with the help of his daughter Amandine, raises his cows organically, feeding them with fodder produced on the farm and in the pastures in summer. The same goes for the free-range chickens, which are raised outdoors and fed on grain. The farm sells its products directly on Saturday mornings, but also on the market in Clelles.
