On a pedestrian square in the center of Bourgoin, a restaurant whose name "brasserie" evokes conviviality and whose year 1755 refers to the year of construction of the fountain opposite. A beautiful terrace, a warm dining room with elegant lines and a cuisine that revisits tradition with seasonal produce. Preferably sourced from local farms, this is responsible cooking at its best. On Thursday evenings, five dishes are paired with five wines to delight the palate.

the soul of this place is inspired by the local treasures we unearth around Bourgoin-Jallieu. "1755" is the year of construction of the original fountain on the square in front of the establishment. The word "Brasserie" is important to us because it symbolizes a convivial place open to all throughout the day.
Every month, the brasserie is enriched by the addition of new producers and high-quality craftsmen, so that we can offer a responsible cuisine that gives priority to local players in the region, with the aim of respecting nature and the seasons. To create our dishes, our chef and team rigorously select each foodstuff, before transforming them within the restaurant according to traditional, time-tested recipes.
Every day, the team works, tastes and refines each recipe to ensure that our dishes express the origins and characteristics of local produce to the full: a taste for the essential.
