BRASSERIE LA MACHINE
The quality of the water in the Vercors inspires the ever-growing number of brewers on the massif. At the foot of the Col de la Machine, La Machine is a cooperative craft brewery offering organic hopped beers. At the helm are Sylvain Billet, with 10 years' experience in the beer business, and Rami Dahdah, a former employee of an organic farmers' store and founder of a beer bar. Their beers are light, dry, not very sweet and tippable, according to the Canadian formula! On the shelves are the 4 permanent beers: Wheat Beer, Red Ale, Pale Ale and India Pale Ale, plus local ephemera.
