Arriving in Châtillon from Die, we admire the succession of vineyard houses from plot to plot. Here you'll find the Domaine de Maupas and its cellar. From the cellar parking lot, take a walk along the Sentier des cabanons. Then stock up on supplies at Domaine de Maupas, a small organic farm created in 1992 by Jérôme Cayol, since joined by his daughter Zoé. The soil is worked by draught horse and the grapes are harvested by hand. At the cellar, you'll find clairette-de-die, Châtillon wines in all 3 colors, grape juice and local produce.
