Accompanied by Joël, a qualified and highly experienced professional, you'll have the opportunity to take a tandem flight to discover or deepen your knowledge of paragliding. The youngest among us, from the age of 4, can take part in discovery flights, as can the less young, right up to an advanced age! Please note, however, that it takes around 45 minutes in total, including preparation, access to the summit for take-off, flight and landing. This small resort ranges from 1,250 m, at the foot of the slopes, to 1,700 m, at the summit, in the shelter of a natural cirque and is aimed at lovers of all types of skiing. This superb hike can start from the center of Villard, the Lycée Climatique or the hamlet of Les Clots. The various itineraries converge at the Roybon hut, situated at an altitude of 1,450 meters. The Col Vert is just above this hut. On the final ascent, you can admire the Roc Cornafion, which rises to 2,049 meters. As the climb is entirely on the western slope, reaching the Col Vert offers a different view: Taillefer, Oisans, Belledonne and Mont Blanc are all directly in front of us.

Located in the heart of a magnificent national forest, the hamlet of Lente and its Nordic ski trails are part of the Nordic area: Lente - Carri - Chaud Clapier and the alpine resort of Font d'Urle - Chaud Clapier is 7 km away. In winter, you can practice cross-country skiing on a 40 km area of marked and groomed trails. Snowshoeing is also possible. Before leaving for a loop, you can learn to ski on the starting lawn while the little ones go sledding. Summer: you can walk, ride a mountain bike or ride a horse on the trails through the woods and up to the ridges.

Crest Tennis Club is a tennis club located in Crest, in the Drôme region of France. The club offers high-quality facilities, with several courts available for tennis practice.

This multi-activity do-it-yourself and recycling center is run by the La Chignole association to facilitate do-it-yourself activities, foster social ties, exchange know-how and reduce waste through reuse. On site, you'll find three distinct spaces: the Matériauthèque, a recycling center where salvaged materials are sold, the Outilthèque, which pools DIY and gardening tools for low-cost loans, and the Atelier partagé, a self-service DIY space for workshops and training courses.

Supportive and friendly, the Buen'Aventure association, founded in Menglon in 2013, makes nature accessible to all by organizing adapted hikes in the Diois region. To do this, it has acquired joëlettes, single-wheel wheelchairs with a carrier in front and one behind. Three to four able-bodied hikers are needed for one joëlette passenger. Volunteers train family and friends to drive the joëlette, and provide accompaniment if required. You can also come for a walk, and it's all in good fun!

Be careful to protect yourself with at least a helmet. It is also possible to rent a Trottin'herbe at the foot of the slopes where helmets are provided. And off you go for a really fun descent.
