This superb hike can start from the center of Villard, the Lycée Climatique or the hamlet of Les Clots. The various itineraries converge at the Roybon hut, situated at an altitude of 1,450 meters. The Col Vert is just above this hut. On the final ascent, you can admire the Roc Cornafion, which rises to 2,049 meters. As the climb is entirely on the western slope, reaching the Col Vert offers a different view: Taillefer, Oisans, Belledonne and Mont Blanc are all directly in front of us.

Superbe petite rando qui vous amene au col donnant sur la valée de la gresse et saint paul de varces.
il est possible de redescendre sur prelenfrey, vif par sentier et de rentrer sur Grenoble via le Bus 17..
Avis au marcheurs illuminés.
