Read moreNo need to be a cowboy to get to Villard-de-Lans and come to Ranch. A beautiful house facing the parking lot at the entrance to the village and probably the best sheltered terrace in the whole area. Ingenious opening/closing system that quickly shelves you from cold weather and weather to enjoy the whole year. The large hall is equally warm, like a service that also counts (definitely, but the Futé does not add and think it very sincerely) among the best that we have received. On the kitchen side, we very much like the display of local suppliers (trout from Vercors to Laiterie du Vercors not through Valentin Valentin de Villard) and the quality of the products offered. Well-composed salads, with meal versions, ravioli, generous hamburgers, pizzas with tasty ingredients, not forgetting the unmissable montane specialties, to finish with a burnt cream at Chartreuse. Beautiful wine list for a Ranch recommended all year round.
