This vast estate represents a unique space of nearly 200 hectares that is both a wine production and an art and architecture museum. Heir to a long history, illustrated by the presence of Gallo-Roman paved paths and other vestiges of an ancient irrigation system, the wine estate offers organic wines certified Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP des Portes de Méditerranée. At Château la Coste, you can visit the cellars designed by Jean Nouvel, discover artists' installations or sit down in one of the estate's restaurants.

This bastide takes its name from the nearby stream that runs through Cadenet before emptying into the Durance. Léo has joined his parents Carine and Roland Coupat on the certified organic estate. They farm 4,000 olive trees on 15 hectares formerly planted with vines. 95% of the trees are of the aglandau variety. Salonenque and picholine complete the orchard. Concerned in every way with the quality of the oil they produce, they crush their own olives. The result is a fruité vert or "intense taste" AOC Provence and a fruité noir tradition with black olive aromas.

Talented and creative, gifted pastry chef Florian Grad, originally from Alsace, apprenticed with Emile Jung, the starred chef of the Crocodile in Strasbourg. Then it was in the south, notably at the Villa Madie in Cassis, that Florian perfected his technique. Victoire marks a new beginning in 2021, a four-handed work with Inès, his pastry companion who brings her feminine touch to the creations, with the common requirement of the quality of the ingredients and the reasoned quantity of fats and sweets. Signature and ephemeral cakes, great classics revisited, seasonal entremets and pastries are unanimously acclaimed beyond the village of Puyricard. Victoire lives up to its name.

This traditional cookie factory is an institution. Adeline Wendzinski perpetuates traditional, artisanal production of Provençal specialties. During production in the adjoining lab, croquants and navettes, plain or flavored, as well as croissants with pine nuts and other cookies (whose fragrances), hint at the flavors to come. As Christmas approaches, you'll find gibassiers and oil pumps. And old-fashioned pastries like Jalousie and Conversation.

The olive oil produced here is a little jewel. From the 6 ha of organically grown olive trees, Guillaume produces: an explosive Haute-Provence PDO, 2 mono-varietal oils based on bouteillan and aglandau, and 2 lemon or bergamot flavoured oils. The olives are harvested by hand to ensure optimum ripeness and quickly pressed to retain maximum flavour. And in an eco-friendly spirit, Guillaume uses the remaining olive paste to spread on his land as fertilizer, and the stone waste to fuel the stove.

Anne and Pierre Chancel have started a new life by creating, 4 years ago, this preserved domain of 30 hectares at the foot of the Ventoux (12 hectares cultivated in organic way surrounded by 12 hectares of wood). Their first vintages are promising in the 3 colors and already on the best tables in Paris and the region. The hilly estate offers superb views with a marked circuit called "Chemin Sensationnel", a stroll marked out with activities (well-being workshops, readings) which ends with a picnic and wine tasting. The estate extends over the communes of Villecroze, Flayosc and Tourtour whose appellations are respectively classified as AOP Coteaux-Varois en Provence, Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon. We are in the heart of the Haut-Var-Verdon Regional Nature Park, and access from the main road to the 340-hectare estate (40 of which are planted vines) is a pure pleasure. This is a very active cooperative with more than a hundred members - cereal growers, market gardeners, breeders - and it also exists in Manosque and Valensole. No intermediaries, ultra-fresh products and flawless traceability at the same price as the producer. Demanding or committed customers can find seasonal fruit and vegetables, dairy and farm products, cold cuts and meats all year round. The approach being also locavore, nothing is produced more than 160 km away. In the fish section, sea bream, sea bass and tuna from La Seyne-sur-Mer are sold vacuum-packed to guarantee the freshness of the product. Practical and well-stocked, the grocery section offers honey, tapenades, olive oils, jams, dried fruits, fruit juices, beers and wines, and organic products. The bread is made by farmer-bakers with their own wheat and small spelt. In short, you can do almost all your shopping at Couleurs Paysannes, and even treat yourself with a bouquet of flowers. Easy to access, the building is well visible from the avenue de La Grande-Bégude, which connects the center of Venelles to the Logissons. The welcome is smiling, the parking is free and every Friday and Saturday, producers come to present their products

Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Maître Chocolatier, Pâtissier Confiseur, Philippe Segond continues to diversify his activities. We love his gourmet creations, especially his chocolates in all their presentations, in small cakes and mignardises, ganaches, pralines, creams, entremets, bonbons, tablettes, truffles... In his laboratory, he transforms and blends the finest cocoa vintages, sublimating their intense aromas by marrying them with lime, passion fruit, fleur de sel... At Christmas, jewel cases of chocolate sweets compete with festive logs; at Easter, eggs and barnyard poultry make our little ones sparkle with envy.
