The house of Parli, renowned for its calissons, has been established since 1874! The secret of their unrivalled flavor and melt-in-the-mouth goodness lies not only in their craftsmanship, but also in their top-quality ingredients. Léonard Parli is also famous for its candied fruit, not forgetting confits, a specialty made from candied fruit that's just heated and enjoyed like a jam! Other sweet treats bear the Parli signature: nougats, biscotins, pralines, and the famous Kirshbescué, a candied fruit cake soaked in Kirsch. A real delight!

Quality Tourism. Open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 7 pm. Factory store of the big factory in Les Milles is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
Owner's Message
A veritable institution in the confectionery industry since 1874, Léonard PARLI is renowned for the exceptional quality of its speciality, the Calisson d'Aix-en-Provence, but also for its candied fruit, chocolates, nougats and other traditional Aix sweets.
Based on recipes and manufacturing processes handed down through the generations, Léonard PARLI confectionery is made by hand in our factory in Aix-en-Provence in a production circuit that we control in its entirety, from the rigorously selected raw materials to the finished product, which is worked by our craftsmen.
Renowned for their inimitable taste and the texture of their paste, the Calissons d'Aix Léonard PARLI are distinguished by their composition and their old-fashioned manufacturing methods: whole almonds in superior quantity, candied melons, and candied orange peels are slowly crushed under our granite rollers, as the tradition demands.
Renovated in October 2020, the historic shop is a real "bonbonnière", a showcase of sweets whose carefully guarded manufacturing secrets passed down through the generations have made the reputation of Leonard Parli specialities.
