This traditional cookie factory is an institution. Adeline Wendzinski perpetuates traditional, artisanal production of Provençal specialties. During production in the adjoining lab, croquants and navettes, plain or flavored, as well as croissants with pine nuts and other cookies (whose fragrances), hint at the flavors to come. c'est une institution dans le pays d'Aix en Provence. Tout le monde connait Adeline et ses croquants. Et il n'y a pas que les croquants qu'on aime, il y a aussi les macarons moelleux et les viennoiseries.
