Pastry, chocolate and tea room entirely vegan.
Mathilde and Quentin Béchard have decided to make only 100% vegan in their pastry-cum-chocolate-tea room. They also have a nice gluten-free pastry section. It's refined and full of delicate flavours. Lemon, caramel or pear cake, with the less classic taste of matcha, black sesame, sakura or kidney bean? The croissants are melting and crunchy, and the chocolate candies are full of delicacy. The young pastry chef Quentin is not lacking in inventiveness and know-how. Moulded lavender candies or old-fashioned pralines, a whole range of chocolates is being explored, including a maple nougat. An address that will please greedy vegans! Orders can be placed for receptions, and discovery workshops are possible.

Si vous êtes de passage à Aix l’établissement vaut le détour.
Le coin salon de thé est vraiment charmant et chaleureux. La gamme de gâteaux est réduite mais vraiment très bien réalisée et gourmande. A découvrir, vraiment!!
Le marbré coqué au chocolat mérite également une mention spéciale : parfaitement équilibré, moelleux avec une belle coque craquante de chocolat noir. Un vrai travail de précision avec un savoir-faire remarquable. En plus la part est généreuse.
Enfin, l’accueil est toujours chaleureux. Le couple de propriétaires est adorable, passionné par son métier et toujours à l’écoute. Une vraie pépite.
