Pierreclos lies on the Route Lamartine, a tourist route dedicated to Alphonse de Lamartine. The poet found inspiration here, but also love, with Nina de Pierreclau, who gave birth to a son and whose stories and life would enrich Lamartine's works. Pierreclos is famous for its feudal château, which is well worth a visit, but you can also sample the wines from the estate's 8 hectares, or stay in one of the guest rooms. Three hiking trails take you up and down these beautiful landscapes of green valleys, pastures and hillside vineyards.
