Šipanska Luka lives in the majority of residents of the island. This small harbour in the bottom of a deep bay inspires almost Buddhist calm. Here you can see some remains of the th century buildings, like this villa facing the sea whose balcony is supported by lions. From the time of the Republic of Ragusa, Šipan benefited from his own rector and it is in Šipanska Luka (in the harbor itself) that his palace, still visible today, stands. Don't forget to take a look at the villa of the Skočibuha family. This quiet port also has some good tables.
