The fishermen and oyster farmers organize trips to the sea to show their work in close proximity to the oyster beds. Do not hesitate to ask for information at the tourist office. We will go to Mali Ston to taste seafood platters - especially the famous local oysters - and fish and shellfish dishes, all at a fisherman's stand or on the terrace of a restaurant in the port, with a local wine, in an often very harmonious medieval setting.
