The small but active fishing port of Wied iz-Zurrieq has now become one of the major tourist attractions on the island of Malta, along with the "Blue Grotto". So much so that it is now only commonly known by this name. This cave will of course be the essential part of your visit, with four caves in all: The Cat's cave, the Cat's cave; The Reflection's cave, which reflects phosphorus; the Rotunda, whose rounded ceiling resembles the dome of the impressive Mosta church; and the Blue Window Cave, which allows you to see the azure sea through its opening. The "South Route" provided by tourist buses stops here
