This natural bay that looks like the end of the world, with the sea as a horizon and beautiful marine views, is a paradise for fishermen and divers alike. It owes its name "Cave of the Ascension" to the local fishermen who built a sanctuary there. On August 15, people come from Siggiewi, but also from all over the southern coast, to bathe in the transparent waters of Ghar Lapsi. Numerous cavities dug into the cliff allow bathers, and those equipped with mask and snorkel, to explore, as its waters are home to seahorses, eels and rays, among others
