A small industrial town on the outskirts of Creil, severely affected by the closure in the s of several factories, including the one of Chausson, the most Important time in the department. The "low town" is dominated by the old town situated on the hill surmounted by a castle (private property, does not visit). The college also on this hillside deserves a visit for its capitals adorned with foliage and fantastic animals. It also has a facade with a beautiful tympa representing a scene of the Annunciation, whose characters were beheaded.
