Third post relay on the royal route of Paris in Amiens, Luzarches was a long strategic and commercial place. The doors of Saint-Côme and Grièche testify to the ancient medieval enclosure and give the city an undeniable charm. To see also: Saint-Como Saint-Damien church built between the xie and the sixteenth century, and a halle of the sixteenth century. This peaceful commune where more than 4,400 inhabitants reside is now part of the regional Natural Park Oise-Pays de France. Note that the surrounding villages have not lost their authentic rural stamp, giving the immediate geographic surroundings of the city a very popular countryside aspect.
