Good news for all those who haven't yet had the chance to see the "Mineurs d'Ukraine, photographies de Youry Bilak" exhibition at the Centre Historique Minier: it's been extended until next autumn! Ukrainian-born artist Youry Bilak is highlighting 26 portraits of miners and work scenes from campaigns carried out in war-affected areas of Ukraine. The photographer invites us to reflect on the reality of coal production in the country. It's also an opportunity for the Lewarde Historical Center to express its solidarity with Ukraine, a great mining nation unjustly affected by war. For further information, click here.
