Bach is a small village where phosphate was once mined in the open air. Its phosphate mine at Cloup d'Aural is a listed monument. For the pilgrims, the passage by Bach can be done by singing an air of the famous musician homographer... Two important ways cross the commune: the GR65 connecting Le Puy and Saint-Jacques whose section "Bach-Cahors" is classified with the world inheritance of humanity, and the course taking again the Roman way "Rodez-Cahors". To see : the "English" wells dating from the Hundred Years War and Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, a building dating from the 15th century but whose existence is attested in the 13th century.
