Located south of Cergy, this town has more than 16,000 inhabitants, and is divided into two distinct areas. Below, along the Oise, the old village, its venerable houses and its quietness. Further away from the river, the new town, built from the 1980s onwards as a result of the expansion of the agglomeration. Here, we are far from the caricature of low-cost housing: Vauréal has benefited from a carefully studied architecture, with many shops, and a rather successful set. The city, very commercial, is labeled for many reasons: Villes et Métiers d'Art, Ville Fleurie, Ville Internet... it's good to live here.
