San-Gavino-di-Fiumorbo is a superb village surrounded by chestnut trees and laricio pines. It's a place so deep in the Fium'orbu that it's hard to understand how a village so far away from everything can retain such a lively, dynamic and visibly prominent place in the region. You'll also find a grocery store here. Don't miss a trip to the breathtaking waterfall (100 m) at Bughja. To do so, leave San-Gavino on the D245 towards Isolacciu-di-Fium'orbu. The signposted path to the waterfall is in the middle of the bridge, on the left. Allow half an hour's walk with good shoes.
