Olivese is a village whose origin is lost in history since many megalithic remains attest to a prehistoric presence. These fragments of dolmens are reused in walls or fences. The village offers the character architecture of traditional houses with white frames of their windows, large lintels and beautiful carved doors. Its parish church is in neoclassical style, with a bell tower at the chevet. Below, the old Genoese bridge U ponti di A Trinità (the Trinity Bridge) can be seen. Originally made up of three or four arches, there was only one arch left, which, it seems, has been preserved.
