The village lies on a hillside and its houses seem to hang vertiginously over the lake. The first thing you see is the recently restored old wash-house, which serves as a meeting place for the villagers, especially on Whitsuntide. The artificial lake formed by a dam built on the Prunelli in 1957 is ideal for a variety of water sports. In the village, there are beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The best views of the village and its lake await you about 3 km from Tolla towards Bastelica. The little Tolla-Plage guinguette is a great place to cool off while looking out over the lake.
