The southern gateway to the GR20, Conca is a small traditional village nestled in a shell-shaped valley. It consists of the mountain village, with a few old houses, and the municipality extends as far as the aiguilles de Bavella, and includes several state forests that offer many possibilities for excursions. In the forests of Albarello or Vittoli, for example, you can see magnificent lariccio pines, as well as mouflons, in the nature reserve. In the village, besides the parish church, you can see the remains of the ancient Romanesque chapel of Santa Lucia. There is the house of the GR20 to get information about this mythical route.
