Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, the festival has established itself as the biggest stage in the Limousin region. Every year, the town pulls out all the stops when it comes to programming. Since 1987 Chanteix sings, the Festival Aux Champs: a very popular event in Corrèze, a broth of culture with a cube of magic and some potatoes. Each year, from December to March, the Grasses de Brive attracts gourmets looking for quality products. The Medieval Days of Monflanquin are known as the white wolf in Lot-et-Garonne. It must be said that the historical setting of this bastide lends itself well to such an event. In 2022, the event celebrated its 30th anniversary. Camelots, minstrels, parades in the alleys, banquets, songs and dances: the whole village gives the impression of having gone back in time to the Middle Ages, taking you along. This former railway station, located in the heart of Biarritz, has been completely renovated and is just a 5-minute walk from other convention centers. Behind its facade, 1,400 seats with a 600 m² stage and a 127^m² screen and another 230 seats, ten rooms from 50 m² to 310 m² over 4,000^m² and a terrace and reception hall of 310 m² each. It is the venue for special events and festivals, making it one of the most sought-after venues in Aquitaine. With over 100 shows to its name, it also plays host to the stars and groups of the moment.

Vibrations and emotions are shared with this festival, which takes place at the end of June and offers astonishing musical experiences around the theme of percussion. The festival takes place at the Hédas, but events also take place at other venues in Palais (Foirail, media libraries) and beyond (Maison de la Musique in Montardon, Espace Daniel Balavoine in Bizanos). This unique annual event in France has just celebrated its 80th anniversary. Here's an event not to be missed if you're in Arcachon with the family during the summer. Every Wednesday, the Arcamômes festival takes place in the enchanting setting of the Théâtre de Verdure in the Parc Mauresque. Live shows for children aged 4 to 12: circus, music, magic, theater, your little ones (and you) will be delighted by these performances, which come to life at dusk for an even more fabulous and poetic side! Every year in September since 2010, a small corner of the Deux-Sèvres is animated at the rhythm of the 10 Bornes de Saint-Maxire, taking place in the town and surrounding areas. The programme of this convivial sport event: an easy 10 km walk between roads and paths for the big, and many free animations for children. Nearly 330 athletes are regularly expected at each edition. While the Feria de Dax attracts thousands of festival-goers every year, there's plenty to do for sports enthusiasts too. The Feriascapade attracts almost 4,000 athletes every year! This 10 km race, a qualifier for the French championship and part of the Landes road challenge, follows a flat course with no major difficulties around Dax. It is accessible to disabled athletes. The ^26th Feriascapade takes place at the Maurice Boyau municipal stadium. Non-licensed participants will need a medical certificate.

In July, Saint-Georges-de-Didonne hosts its Côte de Beauté relay. On the program: two running events of 5 and 10 km on a flat road. The ideal challenge, in short, to expend your energy! Put on your sneakers to be part of the 400 athletes expected!

This race takes place over two days, in teams of seven runners who together cover almost 200 kilometers over a weekend. Locals have been running for generations, and this annual competition is a way of perpetuating this tradition celebrating collective and individual effort, and the festive spirit! The course takes in different stages and distances to accommodate runners. From 10-kilometer stages to longer events for experienced runners, there's something for everyone. On your marks, get set, go!

The 5-Star event in Pau is an exceptional annual event, attracting the world's elite riders and horses for 2 simultaneous competitions. As the only 5-star eventing competition in France, it ranks among the world's top 6 equestrian events. Often referred to as an equestrian triathlon, it puts equestrian skills to the test in dressage, show jumping and cross-country. The driving category is just as spectacular, offering a captivating marathon. The event also offers a festival of entertainment, with pony christenings, carriage rides, a gourmet area and a village of exhibitors. Each year, 40,000 visitors are attracted.

Pau-Rébénacq-Gourette: this is the triangle of the three stages of this extraordinary triathlon! A fabulous, awe-inspiring event, for which you have to run 19 kilometers, pedal 35 and ski 3. The race celebrates its ^37th edition in 2024, and is a legendary event in the Béarn region. Hundreds of participants compete solo or in teams, and the race is open to all: handisport, exchange between nationalities, crew exchange, early start for women. The day ends with a festive meal that brings everyone together.

Every year, around the International Women's Day (Saturday at 4pm), the commune of Magné honors the female gender, and invites them to participate from 4pm in a pedestrian road race. On the program, there will be 2 events: 7 km individual or relay (minime category) 3,5 km with 2 girls. At the end of the race, a reward will be given to all athletes: a good start to renew training! This race is richly endowed, there is a gift for each participant and for the podiums and prizes for the women.

This is the 7th edition. A colorful animation is planned for 2020.

The traditional and not-to-be-missed meeting place for bargain hunters every^3rd Sunday of the month! This event takes place in the heart of the typical Basque village of Ahetze, 15 minutes from Bidart and Guéthary. In this labyrinth of alleyways and squares, you're bound to find vintage porcelain crockery, that unobtainable vinyl record...; objects and furniture, often forgotten by the high-tech world, but reminiscent of the savoir-vivre of yesteryear. At the end of March, the Commune commune welcomes the sports event every year. Approximately 700 participants are expected this year to run and compete on the various proposed circuits: 3 km duo, 10 km regional label, and two children's races 1 km and 2 km. In Cognac, every September for almost 30 years, the street arts have been heating up the asphalt to the delight of spectators. Inventive, amusing and poetic, the artists make the back-to-school season a joyful one, from the Place ^{François-Ier} to the Jardin Public, via the courtyard of the museum, with acrobatics, music and hilarious, joyful and astonishing sketches. Each year the event allows to attend the races in town, animations, exhibitions of vehicles, tourist rally on the roads of Charente... Several categories of vehicles take part in this historical event: GT and tourisms before and after 1965, pre-war, the famous Bugatti plateau, Grand Prix cars from 1908 to 1954. Some vehicles take part in the concours d'élégance or in the state and restoration contest.
