Since this summer festival has taken on an almost unexpected dimension, why not get back to the winter. This time the festival does not span over a week like during the summer period, but it brings back to the front of the scene items that could find themselves at the foot of the tree a few weeks later. The animation lasts only the weekend with the presentation of traditional games and, technology compelling, video games with Saturday a great wanderings in the medieval maze of the city where all those who wish can wear candlelight.

In Ivry, the territory has blues, and blues. This festival offers for four days master classes, but also for the initiations of the children's blues as well as music and, of course, concerts with musicians from all over the world and gathered by their passion for this music from the work songs that we heard in the cotton fields.

Organized by the winegrowers of the Côtes de Duras, these two days mix pleasure, sharing and good mood under the aegis of the AOC. The children's festival in Villeneuve-sur-Lot is a much-anticipated event for the town's youngest residents. It takes place every year in the Parc Saint-Cyr, right in the center of town. For several years now, the Campo de Feria has been established around the bullring as a matter of course, a direct legacy of the great "romerias" organized in the Vauban moat by the Cercle Taurin in the early 1950s. A great event bringing together the festive atmospheres of Seville, Pamplona and Bayonne. The ^3rd edition of the Festival Ciné-Notes, which takes place at the Grand Théâtre, was cancelled in 2020 because of the coronavirus. Since 1990, storytelling, in all its diversity and magic, has delighted Capbreton's inhabitants for 4 days. This festival places particular emphasis on young audiences. Mixing imagination with inspiration from travels and encounters, the storytellers imbue the town with the magic of their words. Four days of wonder await young and old at every street corner. This contemporary art festival was created in 2001 by a group of artists to promote the plastic arts of today, without an elitist spirit. Creation, quality, conviviality around about fifty exhibitors: this is what you will discover during 15 days on the site of the Orangery. Various animations: musical openings, shows, creative workshops, conferences. The event closes with a concert and a prize-giving ceremony.

Ranked second among French marathons, the La Rochelle marathon takes place every year on the last weekend of November. This jazz festival enchants music lovers and transforms the Lighthouse into a surprising musical scene. Once again, the festival welcomed many musicians with more than 30 concerts during 5 days. Sailing boat competition on the largest freshwater lake in France. The regatta at the Sailing Circle of Bordeaux Shackles-Maubuisson is one of the biggest events at the end of the year and brings together several competitions. Free for the public.

Each year in April, the municipality of Saint-Caprais celebrates pork, designated in the santongeaise language by «goraille».
