The Metropolitan Summer consists of more than 150 free events, the vast majority of which take place in 28 municipalities in the Bordeaux metropolitan area. During July and August, the area comes alive with music, circus, dance, banquets, cinema, bike rides, concerts, etc. At the Bouscat racecourse, in the park of a museum, in shared gardens, on a health trail, in front of a swimming pool or a magnificent castle, all places are favourable for a different look through an unexpected encounter with art.
