The Printemps de la forêt du Bourgailh (Bourgailh forest springtime) is an opportunity to discover actions in favor of nature through a wide range of events.
Every year, in April, garden and nature lovers meet at the Spring of the Bourgailh Forest. At the edge of the Bourgailh Forest, this outdoor festival organized by the City of Pessac and the Ecosite du Bourgailh association, offers advice and exchange stands, a plant market by horticulturists focusing on quality and originality, and gourmet products highlighting local cuisine. Many activities to raise awareness of environmental protection are also offered by associations in an eco-citizen village. The public is then invited to discover actions in favour of nature protection and to learn about various sustainable techniques. Throughout this festive weekend, you will enjoy many activities and workshops for children, not to mention the original shows, the big farm and musical breaks.
