Whether up-and-coming or established talents, they all take part in this festival with the same objective: to make the audience laugh.

Every year since 1992, the Festival du rire has marked the start of the vacation season in the Bastide. For over 30 years, the festival has built up a fine reputation for discovering new talent, some of whom have become big names in French comedy, such as Titoff, Eric and Ramzy... The Festival du rire is also home to established talents such as Anne Roumanoff, Olivier de Benoist, Christelle Chollet... The 2024 edition will see Jeanfi Janssens, Laurie Peret, Vincent Serroussi, Carlos Flinnroi and Waly Dia perform on stage.
