A must for producers of the famous cherry and its jam. A unique event in the village of Itxassou.

The day brings together all the producers of the famous Itxassou cherry and its jam. The program leaves plenty of room for conviviality and gourmet delights: mass and a game of pelota in the morning, traditional dancing to music (mutxikoak with the txaranga Espelette) before lunch featuring the jewels of Basque cuisine (piperade, ham, suckling lamb, cheese and cherry jam, Basque cake)... And of course, all day long, you'll find entertainment, cherry jam competitions, producers' stands... A unique and convivial event!
