Oyez, oyez! Lovers of good local produce (cheese and charcuterie are king here) and medievalism: welcome to Au Bouton qui saute, an authentic tavern on the border between Béarn and the Basque country. Célia and Jonathan welcome you with their characteristic generosity! The menu features cheese specialities such as raclette au couteau, croque-monsieur and baked Camembert, not forgetting the platters! The tavern is housed in an old house where the simplicity of wood and stone is a welcome sight. It's a great place to get off the beaten track. Simple, original and welcoming, it's everything we love!

Open all year round. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12pm to 3pm and 7pm to 10pm; weekends from 12pm to 10pm. Reservations recommended. Menus €28.50 and €32. Lunch menu: €15. Groups welcome. Terrace. Take-away sales. Gift store.
