Au Bouton d'or is where you'll find the cream of the crop when it comes to... cream! How can you not melt in front of these 270 kinds of farm cheeses made from raw milk that are matured in two separate cellars: one for cooked cheeses and one for goat cheeses! At Le Bouton d'or, we try to look for "but", but all we find are dishes!

Certified organic in 2012, this small family estate is on the rise! Damien Schueller produces wines of fine quality, notably a Pinot Gris Grand Cru Eichberg and a Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Pfersigberg in Vendanges Tardives. He also makes very original vintages, such as this Pinot Noir Rosé Les Cocottes (without sulphur), light and easy to drink, or the delicious Kritz, a festive spritz made with Crémant d'Alsace! Ecocert certified products, fresh and original: this is what Naoto Hirose and Paul Petersen are working on. The first comes from Japan, the second is from Alsace. Maison Hirose, their bakery-pastry shop in Colmar, delights the taste buds of gourmets and gourmands with a wide range of breads and pastries that reveal incomparable flavours. In 1785, Abbot Grandidier mentioned in one of his alsars that a mysterious source appeared and disappeared for several centuries in the region. A century later, in 1888, this phenomenon will stir up the curiosity of Dr. Staub, who will eventually find his provenance. He then decided to create a thermal establishment that he chose to call Les Bains Carola, in tribute to his wife Caroline. In 1890, the first bottles of this medicinal water were found in drugstores and pharmacies. But it was not until 1919 that Ribeauvillé's Mineral Waters Company was created to commercialize the famous Carola Rouge (carbonated water), which will be joined by the Carola Bleu (its flat version) in 1955. In 1989, Carola Rouge became the first gas water to be packaged in plastic bottles. 4 years later, an innovation complements the range; This is Carola Green, finely sparkling, followed by the launch of the flavored waters in 1999. In a superbly renovated cellar, this maturing cellar is marked by a wooden sign showing a stork holding a cheese in its beak! Paved and vaulted, it is decorated with barrels dressed in cowhide, milk cans or venerable flail scales. In addition to home-made preserves and pâtés in terrines, it includes a drying area for sausages and a display full of Alsatian wines. You will also be able to taste various artisanal cheeses.

Bastien Dangelser created this pastry and chocolate factory. His CV is impressive: Top of his class at only 24 years old, he started his career with Franck Fresson in Metz, before returning to Alsace to join Thierry Mulhaupt's teams. Today, he shows his creativity through small remarkable pastries: macaroons, desserts, chocolates... Impossible to resist, would only be the smell when entering! For almost 135 years, the Schuster family has been maturing munsters with a beautiful orange rind in their maturing cellars. These emblematic cheeses of the Val d'Orbey are matured on pine wood boards to obtain fruitier and softer munster cheeses. Note that Maison Schuster also produces unripened munster cheese, the well-named P'tit Blanc, which seduces the palate with its fresh acidity. This family-run patisserie, founded in 1936, is run by Thierry and Sandra, the Gilg grandchildren. Christiane Masson knows a thing or two about home-made jams! She makes her own jams in her shop-workshop. Litchi, pineapple, myrobolan, nashi or more simply raspberry, strawberry or clementine... there are 80 fruits on offer and a hundred or so recipes. Other home-made surprises such as apricot with almonds and vanilla or green tomato with cinnamon as well as jellies, confits and chutneys, natural syrups with aromatic plants or fruits, without preservatives or colourings. Top!

The Rhine brewery claims to be Elsasser bier, an Alsatian beer. 100% pure malt, it is made with local products (from the Haut-Rhin and Bas-Rhin) and brewed on the one hand in Thierenbach (monthly production of 900 litres) and now next to Mulhouse (monthly production of 5,000 litres). You can therefore taste the production as soon as it has matured with the two draught beers offered for tasting. The schedules are not fixed, it is not uncommon to find the door open earlier in the week and during the day. It seems that drinking beer increases life expectancy by ten years (with a certain moderation), so it would be wrong to deprive yourself!

It is difficult to do better in terms of freshness and quality than the wide choice of traditional biscuits on offer. Shop for tourists passing through, certainly but not only! In Spechbach, local rhymes with fair! Les Champs de l'Ill is a direct sales point which gathers local producers. Here all the products are of excellent quality, that's the standard! A range of farm products to fill your basket with good things for the whole week. The welcome is very nice and for good reason, it is the producers themselves who will serve you and advise you! The smartest ? The farm drive: order on the website and get your products on Thursday evening at the store or on Friday evening at the Krust farm in Aspach-le-Haut!

The benchmark for asparagus production in Alsace. The Haenni farm planted its first asparagus claws in 1983. This little-used crop enabled the farm to open up to direct sales. The asparagus was so successful that the farm now covers 28 hectares, and the store has had to expand. It has to be said that the quality of the asparagus is very important to this family-run business, and customers are well aware of this! For gourmets, asparagus is sold in 2 sheds in Vieux-Thann and Sausheim.

Founded in 1680 by Pierre Sparr, this venerable House produces a beautiful range of wines: Terroirs and lieux-dits, Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, Sélections de Grains Nobles, Crémants d'Alsace. You can discover these excellent wines at the cellar, 14 rue de Hoen, or at the store on the Wine Route. For the Kublers, viticulture has been a family tradition since 1620! Author of prestigious vintages, Paul Kubler has developed the estate to its present size of around ten hectares in the heart of the Vallée Noble. It's a veritable garden of vines, tended using environmentally-friendly growing methods. At the turn of the 2000s, Paul Kubler handed over the reins to his son Philippe, a graduate in oenology. The latter produces precise cuvées that are constantly improving, and which are winning over more and more wine-lovers and specialists.

Once you've tasted a G'Sundgo, you'll never drink beer the same way again. There are the classics, like Bonde and Co, a Belgian-style beer with coriander grains, Ambrée d'André, Elsass Porter, an English-style beer, and Elsass IPA. And specials, depending on the season. Ginger in February, cherry in May, elderberry and, of course, the festive Christmas cuvée. In her wake, we discover breathtaking landscapes, passionate winemakers and excellent wines that are mostly organic and/or biodynamic.
