Bastien Dangelser created this pastry and chocolate factory. His CV is impressive: Top of his class at only 24 years old, he started his career with Franck Fresson in Metz, before returning to Alsace to join Thierry Mulhaupt's teams. Today, he shows his creativity through small remarkable pastries: macaroons, desserts, chocolates... Impossible to resist, would only be the smell when entering! There's always a good reason to stop at Cabosse.... and a good excuse to indulge in gluttony!

Déçu par la taille des entremets... Les prix augmentent et la taille diminue. Ancien habitué, les temps ont changé, tant pis, je ne viendrais plus. Dommage
La sélection de chocolats et de pâtisseries est aussi raffinée que délicieuse. Nous avons eu le plaisir de goûter le Saint-Honoré spécial fête des mères ainsi que les oursons à la framboise : un vrai sans-faute, tout simplement irrésistible ! 100 % validé.
