For almost 135 years, the Schuster family has been maturing munsters with a beautiful orange rind in their maturing cellars. These emblematic cheeses of the Val d'Orbey are matured on pine wood boards to obtain fruitier and softer munster cheeses. Note that Maison Schuster also produces unripened munster cheese, the well-named P'tit Blanc, which seduces the palate with its fresh acidity.
