Naoto Hirose and Paul Petersen create fresh, original Ecocert-certified products. The former hails from Japan, the latter from Alsace. Maison Hirose, their bakery and patisserie in Colmar, delights the taste buds of gourmets and gourmands with a wide range of breads and viennoiseries offering incomparable flavours. And when it comes to pastries, it's Byzantium! Sublime Éclairs, tangy lemon tarts, Paris-Brest revisited in a version... Paris-Tokyo filled with azuki compote and matcha green tea cream. We can't get enough!

This is very cosy shop with nice decoration and presentations.

Happy to meet a Japanese girl who has great passion for bakery and pastries. The melon bun (see picture) and the raspberries cake are so delicious.
