Founded over 150 years ago, this artisan bakery and patisserie is renowned for its double gold medal for the best kougelhopf in Alsace! Other awards include Best Brioche and Best Pretzel Brioche in Alsace, Best Croissant and Best Baguette in Haut-Rhin. Here, you can fill up on good breads, delicious bredalas and viennoiseries, well-stocked sandwiches and pâtés from Lorraine, pastries and many other gourmet specialties!

This bakery has an attractive bistro/tea room, most of which is housed in a superb glass roof. Here, you can enjoy a sweet and savoury breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, as well as brunches on Fridays and Saturdays. All products are made on site with local ingredients: freshly baked breads, viennoiseries, pastries and small dishes. Recognition: BizKot took part in the 2019 "Best Bakery" competition on M6, reaching the semi-finals of the Grand-Est region after taking ^1st place in Alsace!

Ecocert certified products, fresh and original: this is what Naoto Hirose and Paul Petersen are working on. The first comes from Japan, the second is from Alsace. Maison Hirose, their bakery-pastry shop in Colmar, delights the taste buds of gourmets and gourmands with a wide range of breads and pastries that reveal incomparable flavours. And, as for pastries, it's Byzantium! Sublime eclairs, tangy lemon tarts, Paris-Brest revisited in a version... Paris-Tokyo filled with azukis compote and matcha green tea cream. We're crazy about it!

Véronique and Jean-Léon Kretz have been sharing their love of fresh bread with their loyal customers in the Ladhof district for 10 years. This globe-trotting baker has taken advantage of his travels to learn about different methods of making the famous daily bread. He offers a wide range of traditional and speciality breads, brioches, viennoiseries, home-made pastries and bredalas. For lunch, the range of sandwiches on offer is both varied and tempting. And every Tuesday, from 6pm to 8:30pm, he prepares traditional wood-fired pizzas.
