The Martischang family has been established in the Rouffach region since 1559. Their HVE-certified estate is located on the remains of the Mittelburg, the "central castle". Created in 1961 by Charles Erhard, this family business is renowned for the quality and variety of its ice creams as well as for its totally unheard of creations! Its new Colmarian space is a true temple of gourmet delights where it is impossible not to succumb to temptation when faced with more than two hundred flavours of ice cream and sorbets, not to mention the sublime frozen desserts. Add to that delicious cakes (gourmet rock, paris-brest, forêt-noire, opera...), individual pastries (lightning and cabbage cream, rum babas, verrines, macaroons...) and other pastries. Coming from a long market gardening line, Jérôme Meyer is a pioneer in direct sales. This young colmarian market gardener had the good idea to install, in July 2018, a vending machine for fresh vegetables (carrots, potatoes, salads, courgettes, tomatoes, beets, etc.) in front of his property located on rue de la Semm in Colmar. That is 54 traps full of seasonal produce. Air-conditioned, they have been restocked twice a day and are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment is made in cash or by credit card, after which the chosen locker opens automatically. This innovative system was set up in collaboration with the Alsatian company Filbing Distribution.

Founded in 2016, this young estate is the fruit of the union of the Hirsinger family and Maison Jean Freudenreich. Daniel Hirsinger, his sister Catherine and Raphaël Marchal run their biodynamic estate to produce organic wines rooted in their terroir with minimal inputs in both vineyard and cellar. A visit to the cellar, lined with light wood panelling and housed in a new building on the edge of the vineyards, also clad in wood, is a must. Here, you can sit at the bar or in an armchair to enjoy fine vintages in a cosy atmosphere!

The founder of this artisanal distillery is creatively inspired by beautiful ancestral practices. Located in a beautifully renovated barn, the distillery has a sublime still designed especially for it. Florian Gil distills 100% Alsatian gin in 3 versions: Pin Up Wings (gold medal at the Lyon 2020 International Competition), Rose des Vents (Alsatian juniper and saffron) and Super Broussard (coriander, citrus, thyme and rosemary). Good to know: Florian organizes workshops on appointment to create your own gin!

It's been more than 25 years since Antonio, the owner of the place has made delicatessen his specialty in the Mulhouse region. Today, in his shop on rue des Tondeurs, epicureans have something to feast on! His Italian origins are obviously reflected in the choice of his products, but not only. He also promotes French local products, particularly from the South-West. However, Antonio has not forgotten Alsatian gastronomy and now works with local producers, notably with a beekeeper in Riedisheim.

Clos Saint Imer owes its name to the patron saint of Gueberschwihr. In 1934, Ernest Burn undertook the restoration of this historic vineyard overlooking the Grand Cru Goldert area, which produces a highly aromatic Muscat. He obtains his supplies from Les Maîtres de Mon Moulin (Roland Feuillas) in collaboration with Moulin Foricher. Nicolas pays particular attention to the traditional French baguette. He's also a whiz at travel cakes, which means he's a whiz at viennoiseries. Each one is more gourmet than the last, with classics competing with ephemeral creations.

Noémie Meyer Ferré and Gilles Meyer are the two enthusiasts behind Sainte Joie.
