Tourists should know that many well-informed Colmarians regularly visit S'Landbrot ("good country bread" in Alsatian), as they are particularly fond of the special breads made with passion by Guy Berret and his team. And at dawn, this charming bakery's display racks are overflowing with viennoiseries, brioches, kougelhopfs and other 100% pure butter specialties. The choice is impressive, as are the sandwiches at lunchtime. We love it!

Bientôt, il faudra une loupe pour voir les pains aux chocolat, comme la plupart des boulangeries. Quelle est cette maladie qui a contaminée nos bon vieux PETITS pains d'antan qui faisaient deux à trois fois la taille des miniatures d'aujourd'hui qui petit à petit se transforme en brioche sans chocolat.Bref! D'ici peu une tête de manala ??!!
