We can only rejoice that the man who has now become an international consultant in his specialty, has chosen to return to his origins to develop a business of high quality taste. Alongside "home-made" charcuteries, you'll find butcher's cuts carefully selected from all over France. In addition to ready-to-eat dishes, including famous Alsatian specialties such as tourte and quenelles de foie (liver dumplings), we offer a daily special at unbeatable prices. At a time when even some of the best-known local butchers are dying a slow death, we can only rejoice at the hopefully lasting establishment of this prodigy of salt-crusted rack of lamb and granny-style hamburger!
